Jeffrey R. Matsen

Jeffrey R. Matsen is one of the leading estate planning and business transactional attorneys in Southern California and throughout the United States. He graduated cum laude with a BA degree from Brigham Young University in 1964 and received his law degree with honors (Order of the Coif) from UCLA School of Law in 1967. After serving a three-year tour of duty in the United States Marine Corps as Judge Advocate with the rank of Captain, Jeff has provided a wide range of clients with the highest level of legal services for over 40 years. As founder and managing partner of the nationally recognized law firm of Matsen Voorhees, LLP in Southern California. Jeff has been named one of America’s Top 100 Attorneys by Worth Magazine and has the highest attorney rating by both Martindale Hubble and AVVO.
