Documentation is crucial to successfully defend against claims made by current or former employees that their employer violated the law, such as by discriminating against them or illegally firing them.  Inadequate, improper or missing documentation can lead to employer liability and, in some cases, to personal liability for the manager involved in the matter.  Despite years of managerial experience, you could still make basic mistakes in documenting the actions you take with respect to your employees.  However, if you avoid the following ten errors, you will be in the best position to avoid liability.  This webinar, presented by noted employment attorney Robert Gregg, will discuss those errors and tell you how to avoid them.
