Your account holder, a governmental agency or a court has named someone to act on the account holder’s behalf in a fiduciary role because the holder is unable to act due to death or incapacity.  What supporting paperwork must the fiduciary bring to open or manage an existing bank account?  During this webinar we will review the set-up, documentation and legal issues involved in these high risk accounts.  You will learn how to style/name these accounts and get the signature card perfect every time.  Learn who owns the funds and who else has legal access to the funds. This webinar will give you the information you need to handle these intricate accounts.
