Pay for Performance and Compensation Best Practices: Maximize Your Human Capital Investment

Duration: 60 minutes

Speaker: Tom Hurley and Courtney Tolson

Webinar Description

Today’s business environment requires an effective total compensation strategy. Competition for talented employees calls for leaders to evaluate strategies that attract, retain, and motivate the organization’s most important investment: its people.

To identify, recognize, reward, and retain top performers, leaders must take an in-depth look at how to empower each individual in the organization to work toward his or her full potential. At the same time, strategies must balance motivational pay elements with market value to deliver bottom-line results.

In this 60-minute webinar, two compensation experts from the Findley Davies consulting firm will teach you how to develop an incentive-based compensation structure that balances total reward elements and supports corporate strategy. You will learn tips for developing a compensation strategy that considers market position, degree of earning potential, base and bonus pay elements, and incentive pay structures. The discussion will also focus on how to build an effective performance management process that aligns business strategy and goals, clearly defines performance standards, and provides for continuous feedback.
