Courtney is a member of the Findley Davies Consulting team, supporting all practice areas of the firm. Prior to joining Findley Davies, Courtney spent seven years in corporate talent management and learning and development roles with Fortune 500 companies.
Courtney has partnered successfully with business leaders to assess needs and develop strategies focused on employee development, change management and organizational effectiveness. By applying project management skills, technology solutions, and effective communication methods (e.g., training, communications, and assessments); Courtney helps organizations increase employee engagement and deliver bottom-line results.
Courtney became a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) in 2011.
