Mark Farley, J.D., MSHR

Mark Farley has served as Vice President of Human Resources for more than 15 years and as a human resources leader for more than 25 years. He has been teaching the components of data flow and work flow in HR for more than 20 years.

Mr. Farley received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore Law School with a concentration in business law, and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Wilmington College in Delaware. He is a nationally recognized author and presenter on a wide array of human resources, legal, and higher education business topics in education.
