In this 90-minute webinar, immigration attorney Bruce Buchanan, co-author of the newly released I-9 and E-Verify Handbook,  and a blogger at www.employerimmigration.com, will discuss the numerous immigrant and non-immigrant visas that are currently available when sponsored by an employer. He will discuss the difference between employment-based immigrant visas and non-immigrant visas. Second, Mr. Buchanan will discuss the most important types of employment-based and non-immigrant visas. Finally, Mr. Buchanan will review what has happened to the US visa program under the Trump administration.
