Webinar Description
An employee handbook is the document we give our employees to communicate what we expect from an employee and also the expectations employees can have of us as the employer. Many employers expect their handbooks to also fulfill crucial organizational communication functions. However, most employees consider handbooks just a set of strongly worded suggestions. Today workplace changes are more frequent, so handbooks no longer stand the test of time. You can’t write the handbook and put it into rotation for the next five years. That is just as well, because a document can’t be all things to all people. You want your handbook to be read carefully by your employees.
