Excel for Human Resource Professionals

Duration: 90 minutes

Speaker: Melissa Esquibel

Webinar Description

As an HR professional, you keep getting more and more data, and getting asked to report it in more and different ways. Feeling overwhelmed? We’ve got help!

Excel has long been considered the premier tool for crunching numbers and communicating data. But, if all you have at your disposal is what you were able to learn on your own, it’s probably not enough to get the job done efficiently and effectively. Benefits, compensation, and human resource professionals have deep, wide datasets that lengthen and broaden over time. Your organization’s managers and executives are clamoring for reports to help them make decisions about people and pay. If this job falls to you, Excel can offer just about everything you need. Microsoft Certified Trainer Melissa Esquibel will help you pack your toolbox to the brim with what you need to get the job done right. Not only will you learn to do things the right way (instead of the long way), you’ll reduce, if not eliminate frustrating and error-prone manual processes.
