HR analytics is the process of creating metrics, obtaining relevant data, and analyzing data to describe and predict human capital information. This is often referred to as big data. HR metrics are the guide to determine what data can be used to quantify the cost and the impact of talent management programs. These data analysis results will inform HR process optimization and maximize the success of HR initiatives.
EXCEL is a great tool for turning complex information into more simple snapshots to inform your stakeholders, as well as organize your data. This course is meant for HR professionals who want to gain skillsets necessary to work with functions and lists, analyze data, and use PivotTables and PivotCharts.
