Webinar Description

Today, employees are quitting on-site employment for remote work, even where they will make less money.  While this is fine for remote workplaces, it is not so fine if you need your employees to be in the office.  So, what can an employer do who requires employees to work from the office or a worksite?   Whether employers: have on-site client obligations, require specialized equipment or a warehouse; are involved in the care of others; or simply cannot function without face-to-face communications on a continuous basis, remote access does not work for everyone.  So, if you are a mandatory on-site employer, you are already at a disadvantage, and you need alternatives to losing your current staff and being forced to hire new people.

This program is designed to examine the issues of mandatory onsite work, as well as discuss the multiple options and benefits that still can be offered to employees to make them want to start or continue their employment with you, onsite or otherwise. We will discuss various ways to sweeten the onsite workplace pot.
