HR at Work: Creating a High Performance Workplace

Duration: 90 minutes

Speaker: Deirdre Kamber Todd

Webinar Description

As a Human Resource professional, you are always balancing a tightrope between keeping the C-suite happy and effectively working with your employees.  It is neither simple nor easy.  Your job is a lot easier when you work in a culture of highly motivated employees who want to do their best every day.  But how to reach that pinnacle?  Motivating employees is difficult, but not impossible; using a few tried and true techniques, you CAN have that motivated workplace where employees want to do their work, want to own their product, and want to succeed.

This program will explain and explore the four pillars of a highly motivated workforce:

  1. Macroengagement
  2. Microengagement
  3. Strategic Alignment, and
  4. Complex Competency

Without each of these pillars, the house falls.  In this 90-minute webinar, we'll be learning the meaning of each of these topics, necessities for success, and best practices in achieving a workforce that motivates itself.
