In this 60 minute webinar, immigration attorney Bruce Buchanan will review changes in the I-9 form which became effective in January and September of 2017. Employers need to understand the new I-9 form in order to avoid paperwork violations. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) imposes costly penalties for these mistakes. And the cost of violations has recently doubled. Additionally, Mr. Buchanan will teach employers how to conduct an internal I-9 audit, including how to correct errors on I-9 forms. He will also discuss the need for an effective Immigration Compliance Policy for your organization.
