Webinar Description

If you’ve heard the term “quiet quitting” but are not sure what it means to your workplace, this is the program you need to attend.  “Quiet quitting,” from an employer’s perspective, is the new employee disengagement, that is, employees doing less while still being paid.  From employee’s mentally “checking out” during the day, to refusing to work later hours, or simply saying no to their bosses, “quiet quitting” is a huge problem for employers.  From the employee perspective, “quiet quitting” is lauded as a series of positive decisions unilaterally made by the employee to reintroduce a healthy work-life balance by setting limits, refusing onerous workplace demands, maintaining personal health at work, and generally doing less at work.
