Montgomery Blair Sibley, Manager of Privacy Compliance Consulting in Rockville, Maryland, is a veteran training professional who offers consulting, training, and auditing services in the areas of privacy compliance. Having practiced civil and criminal litigation on both sides of the Courtroom for thirty years, Montgomery brings a wealth of real-world experience about the costly consequences to individuals and corporations of ill-thought-out, ill-advised privacy compliance decisions. Montgomery has been a continuing legal education instructor over the last twenty years in a number of legal fields and presently is an Instructor at Northern Virginia Community College in Privacy Law Compliance.
